Video Coaching Sessions
Virtual health and fitness consultation appointments, made to suit your personal time and needs. We will meet face-to-face via video chat, and create a plan for you to feel and move better. Book as few, or as many sessions as you need. I do strictly cash treatments only- no insurance. But because of this, we have no limitations on how many sessions you want. And no waiting period- we can start at any time!

In-person concierge PT home services
I will come to you in-person! Offering manual therapy services including- soft tissue massage, Graston Technique aka instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization, and manual stretching. The purpose? To decrease your pain, improve your mobility, and get you back to a more active life. No need for a massage table- I will bring one to you!
